Are my products guaranteed?
The manufacturer's guarantee on the products bought at Euroguitar is at least 1 year and can last up to 5 years for some products. Euroguitar is entirely at your disposal to confirm the exact duration of the guarantee for a particular product. This guarantee is chosen by the manufacturer. Euroguitar only sells products which are guaranteed in France and which are respectful of legislations.

Are there extra guarantees ?
Euroguitar offers a "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee which lasts for 30 days after you order. Euroguitar is committed to taking back or exchanging a product bought at Euroguitar within 30 days from the invoice date, and provided that the product is taken back in a perfect state, brand new, in its original package !

What can I do if i am not satisfied with the product or if the product is defective ?

Am I obliged to pay the return to sender shipping charges?
You will pay the return to sender charges if the problem is not a product defect.If the product shows a defect, Euroguitar will reimburse you for the return charges, you just have ask for it.
