Alphateta HDJ-F9

The AlphaTheta HDJ-F9 is a professional wireless on-ear DJ headset designed to offer maximum freedom of movement without compromising monitoring accuracy. Thanks to ultra-low-latency SonicLink™ technology, it allows DJs to mix, scratch, and control their transitions with precision, while enjoying a stable wireless connection and excellent comfort.

SonicLink technology ensures audio transmission with a latency of just 9 ms, suitable for professional mixing requirements. The SonicLink Touch Pairing feature simplifies connection with compatible equipment, including the AlphaTheta DJM-V5 mixer, with a simple touch between the devices. To use the headphones with other DJ equipment, the HP-TX01 transmitter—available separately—enables this ultra-low-latency wireless connection.

The HDJ-F9 features 40-mm drivers with a PEEK-PU-PEEK composite diaphragm, designed to minimize unwanted vibrations and deliver balanced midrange and high frequencies with low distortion. Its bass-reflex chamber enhances the precision and depth of low frequencies, particularly on kick drums and basslines. The dual-chamber acoustic structure also provides effective passive isolation—especially valuable in noisy DJ booths—without requiring an excessive increase in listening volume.

Designed for intensive professional use, the HDJ-F9 combines swivel ear cups, a flexible silicone headband, and a die-cast aluminum adjustment system. This design allows you to easily switch from listening with both ears to monitoring with just one ear, while ensuring durability against repeated handling. Its sleek design and 285 g weight contribute to comfort during long sessions.

The headphones also feature Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint connectivity, allowing them to connect simultaneously to two devices, such as a smartphone and a computer. Google Fast Pair and Windows Swift Pair technologies make pairing easy, while the built-in microphone enables hands-free calls.

With the dedicated HEADPHONES CONNECT app, you can customize the color and brightness of the status LED, adjust certain headphone settings, and use the Find My Headphones feature to locate them by making them emit an audible tone. The app also provides access to firmware updates and support features.

The HDJ-F9 offers up to 9 hours of battery life via SonicLink and 25 hours via Bluetooth when the status LED is turned off. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, while a 30-minute quick charge provides approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes of use via SonicLink. For maximum flexibility, the headphones can also be used in wired mode thanks to their removable 1.2-meter coiled cable, which can be extended to approximately 3 meters.
