Its microphone preamp features 60 dB of gain and three Tone Shaping modes that let you instantly change the character of your takes:
Warmth: to add a warm character inspired by tube circuits
Focus: for a precise and present sound
Shine: to capture the bright character of a British Class A preamp
This lets you shape the sound right at the recording stage, without having to fiddle with multiple settings.
32-bit / 192 kHz Audio Conversion
Thanks to its professional 32-bit / 192 kHz converters, the Volt 1 Gen 2 reproduces every detail of your recordings with great precision.
Its speaker outputs and headphone amp provide detailed monitoring, both during recording and mixing.
Record your voice and instrument simultaneously
The Volt 1 Gen 2 features a mic/line input and a Hi-Z instrument input, allowing you to record a vocal track and a guitar or other instrument simultaneously.
The microphone input also features switchable +48 V phantom power, allowing you to use condenser microphones.
An interface designed for portability
Powered directly via USB, the Volt 1 Gen 2 can be used without an external power supply in compatible setups.
