The redesigned control layout offers more direct access to the 2 engines and 3 effect slots, allowing you to quickly shape, color, or transform a sound without ever interrupting the creative process.

The new XYZ matrix combines real-time performance, modulation, and navigation on a single surface. Swipe, touch, explore: a single gesture lets you shape multiple parameters at once, while the contact surface of your finger adds a third dimension to your playing. With color-coded direct modulation assignment, seamless navigation between presets with a single gesture, and striking visualizers that bring sound to life, every patch invites you to explore and transform.

The MiniFreak 49 navigates effortlessly between familiar sounds and unexpected territories. Its two digital engines offer more than 30 oscillator modes, covering virtual analog, FM, wavetable, sampling, granular, and physical modeling synthesis. Each voice passes through its own analog filter, giving weight and character to even the most surprising sounds. A revamped preset library, designed by expert sound designers, offers you even more starting points. Begin in familiar territory. End up where you least expect it. And in between, explore an infinite range of sonic landscapes.

49 full-size, semi-weighted keys, velocity-sensitive and featuring aftertouch. Plenty of room for chords, melodic lines, and two-handed playing. The aluminum pitch and modulation wheels fall naturally under your left hand. The sequencer and arpeggiator, accessible at a glance, let you develop your ideas without interrupting your workflow. And when it’s time to finalize the track, MiniFreak V transfers the entire experience to your DAW.
