Asheville music tools ADG-1 SE Analog Delay Special Edition
The ADG-1 SE Analog Delay Special Edition is a pedal offered by the Asheville Music Tools brand.
The ADG-1 is a special edition of the ADG-1 analog delay. Starting from a standard ADG-1, the following manual modifications and additions have been included:
A third high-voltage Xvive™ analog delay bucket has been added, allowing switching between delay times of 16ms to 350ms or 50ms to 1.055s (expandable up to 1.35s with control voltages or an expression pedal).
Adding a TRS insert to the delay loop allows patching of effects such as EQ or octave pedals into the delayed signal, successively affecting repeats without changing the dry sound.
True switchable bypass or JFET buffered bypass with switchable tracks
Power: 9 V DC at <150 mA (90 mA nominal, up to 350 mA at startup.)
Input Expression/CV assignable to time, feedback, modulation amount, or modulation rate (CV range is 0 to 5 V). Current supplied by the ring limited to 5 V.
Delay time: <50 mS – 1050 mS Three BBD modes, 17 to 350 mS in single bucket mode, 1350 mS to 38 mS (450-13 mS) with control voltages or LFO.
Input impedance: > 1 MΩ
Output impedance: 1 KΩ maximum
Maximum input level: +15dBµ (4.3V RMS)
Maximum output level: +14dBµ (3.9V RMS)
Maximum drive: >22 dB (covers attenuation at gain)
2:1 broadband noise reduction with 12dB RF boost
