At the heart of the DT 70 IE lies the TESLA.11 dynamic transducer, developed and manufactured in Germany. This compact system delivers excellent detail resolution and ultra-low distortion, with a THD of just 0.02% at 1 kHz / 1 mW. Its extended frequency response—ranging from 5 Hz to 40 kHz—ensures precise reproduction across the entire spectrum.

Its compact, ergonomic design ensures a comfortable fit and excellent acoustic isolation. The DT 70 IE offers up to 39 dBA of ambient noise attenuation, enabling efficient work even in demanding acoustic environments. Multiple sizes of silicone and Comply™ foam ear tips are included to ensure a precise fit for the user.

Built for intensive professional use, the DT 70 IE features a detachable 1.40 m cable with gold-plated MMCX connectors, minimizing cable-borne noise and facilitating easy replacement. The earphones also boast IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. Each earpiece weighs just 3 g (excluding cable and ear tip).
