Epiphone Modern Flying V Prophecy - obsidian storm satin

Featuring a 24-fret ebony fingerboard (25.5" scale) and a pair of Fishman Fluence pickups, the EPIPHONE Modern Collection Prophecy Flying V (EYFFOSSBH) is a reinterpretation of the legendary Flying V designed for contemporary shredders and/or fans of hard/heavy tones in general.

This Prophecy Flying V retains the fundamental characteristics of the original Gibson Flying V solid body electric guitar, featuring a set neck (made of roasted maple), a set of double-coil pickups, and a fixed bridge—the very foundations that made the Flying V a timeless classic. The ebony fretboard adds a noticeable and musical compression to the sound—a quality that can prove invaluable when playing with high-gain distortion.
Thanks to the push-pull volume and tone controls, you can activate the three modes of the Fishman Fluence: Modern High-output Active, Vintage-inspired Patent Applied For-style, and Clear Single-coil.

The Epiphone Prophecy Flying V is designed for optimal comfort with a “HyperGlide” neck profile and a 10/14” hybrid radius.

It is, therefore, a high-quality modern instrument, notably equipped with stainless steel frets, locking tuners, and a graphite nut for the best possible tuning stability.
