The FENDER American Original '60s Stratocaster (0110120805) solid body electric guitar perpetuates Fender’s original-era style and unmistakable tone, while adding contemporary feel and pickup combinations.
The wax-potted Pure Vintage single-coil
pickups are as authentic as
possible, from the Formvar-coated coil wire to
the cloth-covered output wires, fiber bobbins and
alnico 5 magnets.
The “Thick C” neck profile is perfect for chording, while the modern 9.5" radius fingerboard improves playability. Other features include vintage-tall frets, original-era
body radii, vintage-style hardware, hardshell case, and a lacquer finish that not only
lets the wood “breathe” naturally, but also ages in an appealing way.
