Made in Mexico, the FENDER Limited Edition Player Fusion Stratocaster HSS, Ebony Fingerboard, Black (0142811323) is a solidbody electric guitar that combines traditional elements with modern features, including an Alder body, bolt-on Maple neck, 25.5 scale and traditional vibrato.
Updated with an Ebony fingerboard set with 22 jumbo frets, a "Thin C" neck profile, a modern 12" radius, a powerful, raging Fender Player II Modified humbucking pickup (push/pull potentiometer on the tone to split the bridge pickup into single or double) and a duo of noise-free Player II Noiseless single-coils, it proves highly versatile, with an obvious aptitude for clean saturation (Hard-Rock, Metal - reminiscent of Dave "Iron Maiden" Murray's signature model).
It's remarkably comfortable to play, and its locking tuning machines mean it'll hold a chord just fine. Sold with Fender gig bag.
