ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Three different sound flavour to choose. From the classic crunch with pronounced midrange frequencies, to SRV glassy tone. Up to the Mayer-style low-gain boost, and much more.
With the TS4558 you really get the sound of three overdrive pedals packed into one box. "That Screamer 4558" packs into a single pedal three expensive and hard-to-find vintage versions of the world's most famous green overdrive
Formula B's team has thoroughly examined the original circuitry of our three Original pedals: TS808 from 1981, The TS9 from 1982 and the TS10 from 1986.

The result of this meticulous work has been incorporated into the THAT SCREAMER overdrive professional 4558. All components have been selected. Inside there are tantalum capacitors for the tone part and we used the bipolar electrolytic capacitors in the buffer part. The drive circuit consists of the original opamp JRC4558D (Japan Radio Company) and clipping entrusted to the very rare MA150 diode made in Japan.

In addition to respecting the components, engineers have improved the dynamics and increased the volume over 5dB.
