Meranti body (substitute for Mahogany), Maple bolt-on neck, 24 frets Ebony fingerboard, Ibanez HSH Quantum pickups (ceramic & AlNiCo magnets), Ibanez Edge-Zero II double locking tremolo.
Meranti is a durable and available tropical hardwood that originates from Southeast Asia. Its physical properties are similar to Mahogany, making an excellent low-cost substitute for it.
