Sonicware Liven XFM
The Liven XFM is a groovebox offered by the Sonicware brand.
The Liven XFM delivers classic FM sounds, effortlessly fused with FM Fusion. With its intuitive FM Fusion engine, 4-track looper and 64-step sequencer, you can create complete songs in no time.
The XFM has eight sound banks, offering a total of 512 memory locations. Over 300 internal presets provide a rich and varied selection.
With its 15 buttons and 30 keys, it allows quick and intuitive access to all FM parameters. Each operator can interact with others or with itself, and has its own envelopes for volume and pitch.
Unlike traditional subtractive analog synthesis, envelope volumes also modify the sound timbre. Depending on the operator setup, this can result in drastic sonic changes. In terms of connectivity, everything has been thought of so that the LIVEN XFM fits perfectly into any installation.
