Tascam Model 2400
The Model 2400 is a 24-channel mixing console with multitrack recorder from Tascam.
22 channels, 24 tracks, one solution – from gigging to recording, the Model 2400 redefines what you can do with a recording studio and live mixing console. With more aux sends, four stereo subgroups, MIDI/MTC compatibility and many other advanced features, the Model 2400 is the new flagship of the Tascam Model range.
The Model 2400 mixer offers exceptional versatility with its 22 mixing channels and 24 recording tracks, ideal for studio and live applications.
It includes professional mixing features such as per-channel compression, multiple subgroups, and master stereo processing with compression and EQ.
Insert points on channels 1 to 12 allow you to integrate a studio rack full of processors and multi-effects. And in addition to the integrated processing on the Master bus, a send/return loop on the main output allows you to connect various external mastering devices: compressors, EQs, stereo wideners, exciters ... while the 5 auxiliary sends and 4 stereo subgroups facilitate advanced mixing and the management of several studio monitors.
Finally, multitrack recording and stereo mixing are done directly to SD card, offering a powerful solution even without a DAW. This makes the Model 2400 ideal for any musical project, from tracking tracks to the final master.
