TONE CITY AUDIO Tone City Durple Overdrive / Boost is a versatile mini overdrive pedal that offers rich and responsive low-to-medium gain sounds. It is based on Tone City's best-selling Mandragora overdrive.
A notable tweak on this pedal includes the 'Mid' control, which has replaced the 'Pre' (presence) knob found on the Mandragora. Letting you cut or boost the amount of mid-range, this thoughtful EQ parameter allows you to attain anything from a smooth and scoopeddrive sound to a punchy, aggressive crunch.
The 'Tone' control has also been adjusted. While the Mandragora provides a super-wide sweep, The Durple's tone control offering a moderate amount of treble for people who do not need that much tone control is, the Tone City Durple remains musical even when the tone control
