The Yamaha MODX M6 is a powerful stage synthesizer that combines three complementary sound engines to deliver an exceptionally rich sound palette. Designed for discerning musicians, it combines cutting-edge technology, expressiveness, and ergonomics for modern music creation.
The AWM2 engine faithfully reproduces acoustic instruments with impressive realism, while the FM-X generates modern, complex tones with precise textures. The new AN-X engine brings the warmth and character typical of analog synthesizers. These three engines are united by the Motion Control Synthesis Engine, which creates smooth and dynamic transitions between sounds for lively and evolving performances.
The 61-note semi-weighted FSB keyboard offers a balanced touch between responsiveness and comfort, ideal for expressive playing on stage and in the studio. The high-resolution controllers, eight faders, six Display Knobs, and the central Super Knob allow for full and intuitive real-time parameter control.
Beneath its elegant design, the MODX M6 hides remarkable power: up to 268 voices of cumulative polyphony, 10.7 GB of internal sample memory, and 1.9 GB of user flash memory. It features a 16-track sequencer, over 10,000 arpeggio patterns, and offers comprehensive real-time modulation. Cubase AI software is included for recording, editing, and mixing your productions. Additionally, the Expanded Softsynth Plugin (ESP) allows you to use a software version of the MODX M6 in your DAW, for a consistent and efficient workflow.
