The Zoom LiveTrak L6max is more than just an audio mixer: it's an all-in-one solution that combines a standalone multitrack recorder, a 32-bit USB audio interface, a MIDI controller, and advanced production tools. Designed for podcasters, live musicians, content creators, and home studios, it offers power, flexibility, and intuitive usability in a compact design.

With its four XLR/jack combo inputs (including two Hi-Z instrument inputs for guitars or basses) and four stereo line inputs with a -20 dB pad, the L6max handles vocals and acoustic instruments as well as powerful sources like synthesizers and drum machines. This gives you all the tracks you need to record a live band, host a multi-guest podcast, or stream a concert.

Each channel features a 3-band EQ with parametric mids, two pre-/post-fader AUX sends, and a send to internal effects (reverb, delay, echo with tap tempo function). The built-in compressor provides a professional finish and prevents unwanted saturation.

Recording and Audio Interface

The Zoom L6max simultaneously records its 12 inputs + the stereo mix directly to SD card, in 32-bit float/48 kHz, guaranteeing sound without distortion or clipping. An intelligent bounce track function frees up space for new takes, while preserving your recordings for later remixing.

Connected via USB-C, it functions as a multi-channel audio interface with 14 inputs and 4 outputs, ideal for working with a computer, smartphone, or DAW software.
