Tascam US-1X2HR
The US-1x2HR is the smallest model in the Tascam US-HR Series of high-resolution USB audio interfaces. It has both a microphone and an instrument input, making it ideal for simple and intuitive computer-based voice/guitar recording. In addition, the built-in loopback function and compatibility with OBS Studio (formerly Open Broadcaster Software) make it an excellent choice for podcasting and live streaming. Finally, it is a perfect solution for sending music from a computer to a PA system with high audio quality, for example for a birthday party.
Less background noise and distortion - better sound than ever
The compact US-1x2HR audio interface is packed with features: high-resolution audio (up to 24-bit/192kHz), ultra-low latency with a Windows buffer size starting at 4 samples, Ultra-HDDA microphone preamps with 48-volt phantom power for excellent sound quality with extremely low background noise, a robust USB-C connector, and a rich collection of bundled software to get you started with audio production immediately. The lightweight interface is ideal for iPhone or iPad* based mobile recording and production with the included Cubasis LE software. You can take it with you to your rehearsal room, use it for live reporting from an event site, or for capturing natural sounds on location.
All US-HR Series models feature an exclusive cast aluminum honeycomb physical structure for the sides, with a slight upward slope. This design results in a sleek and attractive look, and provides sufficient footing so that the interface does not shift when connecting or disconnecting cables. Another important aspect is that the upward tilt results in better ergonomics, as the angle makes the interface easier to use.
If you need a clean, easy-to-use 2-in/2-out audio interface with low noise, low distortion and superb sound quality, the Tascam US-1x2HR can be your reliable partner for many years.
* A battery pack or AC adapter (optional) is required when used with an iPhone or iPad.
